How will Ifind my car if my flight arrives late night or is delayed?                                                                                          As long as you provide us with your flight number and arrival time one of our providers employees will be waiting for you upon your arrival, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Can I drive the car to another country?                                                                                                                                        Yes, you can drive to other European countries with prior consent from the provider and paying an extra  insurance. It is completly forbidden to drive in north africa (Morocco, Algeria, etc).

can all the members of my family (or friends) drive our hired car?                                                                                         No, only those specified in the contract may drive the hired car.

Can you deliver my car to any place other than your office or airports?                                                                              Yes, we will deliver the car within 10 kilometres radius from the car provider's office, given a minimum of 7 days car hire (please note this service is upon request only).

Can I pay in cash?                                                                                                                                                                              Yes, you may pay in Euro's. However it is essential to show a credit card when you collect the car.

Can I make a reservation or request a quotation by fax, e-mail or telephone?                                                                 No you may obtain an instant costum made quotation through our online booking system and the possibility to continue with a reservation. Please make sure your e-mail address is typed correctly.

Can I collect the car at any time?                                                                                                                                                    At the airport offices, car collection cab usually be done 24 ours a day, provided you supply us with your flight details and arrival time. At other locations our providers usually have more restricted opening hours, generally from 09.00-13.00 and 16.30-19.30 from Monday to friday on saturday's 09.00-13.00, Sunday's and local holiday's they remain closed.

May I collect and return the car to any office?                                                                                                                             Yes, providing the collect/return selector allows you to do so. If the selector does not give you the option then it  is not permitted.

Can I push or tow other vehicles?                                                                                                                                                       No, you cannot use the vehicle to push or tow other vehicles.
