How can I find my rental car if my flight arrives during the night or if my flight has been delayed?                                                                                                                    

If you give us your flight number, an employee will wait for you on arrival, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Can I cross the border with a rental car?                                                                                                                                     

 Yes you can just cross the borders, but you must report this to our supplier. Hire cars may in no case go to North Africa (Morocco, etc.). In some cases, depending on the supplier, you must take out an additional insurance to be allowed to cross the border.

Can all my family members (or my friends) drive our rental car?                                                                        

No, only the drivers mentioned in the contract are allowed to drive the car. You can specify additional drivers who must have been in possession of a driving license for at least 1 year and are at least 23 years old.

Can you deliver the Car to a different location than at your offices or airports?                                                   

 We deliver your car for free, when this delivery point is no more than 10 km away from our car rental companies and you rent a car for at least 7 days.

Can I also pay in cash?                                                                                                                                                             

Yes, you can also pay cash in euros when you pick up your car, but you must show a credit card as a guarantee.

Can you make quotations or reservations by e-mail, fax or telephone?                                                  

No, you can easily make a price quotation and make reservations via our internet page.

Can I collect the car at any time?                                                                                                                                            

You can pick up the car at the office of our suppliers in the city of your choice, in case this is not an “airport” then the possible times are the normal office hours, normally from 09.00-13.00 and from 16.30-19.30 .00 from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday from 09.00-13.00. On Sundays and public holidays you can only pick up your car at the airports.

Can I return the car to a city other than where I picked it up?                                                                   

Yes, as long as our system gives the option, this is no problem at all, our system will automatically indicate all possible places as soon as you have chosen the pick-up place.

Can I make a reservation for a specific car or brand (eg a Ford Ka)?                                         

No, we can not accept requests for a specific model, we can only give you a confirmation for a certain type / group of cars. that means a group of cars with the same characteristics.
